Join Gābl Media Group, Inc., a leading digital media company in the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) sector, as our new Head of Sales. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in sculpting the future of our expanding media network. Your impact will resonate through the built environment and the AEC community as you lead and implement groundbreaking sales and marketing initiatives. This is more than a job; it’s a chance to be at the forefront of a vibrant creative industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically drive and oversee all sales operations within the company.
  • Craft and execute innovative sales strategies to amplify revenue and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with potential sponsors and clients, continuously exploring new leads and opportunities.
  • Utilize market analysis to uncover new prospects and refine sales and marketing techniques.
  • Establish, lead, and manage a full-cycle sales team, offering mentorship and direction to achieve excellence.
  • Collaborate in developing holistic marketing strategies, ensuring synergy with sales efforts.
  • Work closely with various teams to maintain consistency with the company’s brand, objectives, and emerging market dynamics.

 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in digital media sales, particularly in podcast and video sponsorship and content production services, with a preference for experience in the AEC industries.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and optimizing sales processes.
  • Proven track record in effective cold emailing, cold calling, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Experience in establishing and leading a remote sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering strong relationships.
  • A strategic mindset with a knack for turning plans into successful actions.
