The Nicholas S. Zeppos College Building is several thousand square feet, five stories with a large tower at one end. The building is red brick and limestone, designed in the collegiate Gothic style. The building has a slate roof, slate dormers, large brick chimney masses, limestone window frames and quoins, multi-story window bays, gable forms across the façade, and limestone gothic arches, a tall square picturesque tower with chamfered corners, polychromatic brickwork and a limestone cap rounds out the building at one end.
